Operating the gearshift lever

When changing between gears

push the gearshift lever to the right.
Do not shift down at high speeds.

Depress the clutch pedal fully and shift the gearshift lever into the desired position.
Engaging forward gears

Press the gearshift lever with force to the left past the point of resistance and then push backwards.
