Adjusting the head restraint electrically
NOTE Damage to the electrical head restraint when adjusted manually
If the height of the electrically adjustable head restraint is adjusted manually, this can damage the mechanism of the head restraint.
Adjust the height of the electrically adjustable head restraints using the buttons in the door trim.
Requirements
The ignition is switched on or the door is open.
To adjust the height:
push button 
up or down in the direction of the arrow. To move forwards or backwards:
press and hold release knob 
and slide the head restraint forwards or backwards into the desired position. If the ignition is not switched on, you can adjust the head restraint height within 30 seconds of unlocking the vehicle.
