Calling up the Mercedes me user account
Multimedia system:
Vehicle is linked to user account and Mercedes me Store is available

Select Mercedes me ID.
Information about the connected user account appears.
This Mercedes me Store is not available in all countries.
Vehicle is not linked to user account or vehicle is linked to user account and Mercedes me Store is not available
If you do not yet have a Mercedes me user account, you can create one at: Mercedes me Homepage or in the Mercedes me app. A valid email address or phone number is required for this.
Select .
. Select Apps.
Select Mercedes me.
Follow the instructions on the central display to link the user account with the vehicle.
If the Mercedes me app is available on a mobile phone, the vehicle connection can be accomplished using the QR code shown.
