Adjusting the front-compartment air vents
WARNING Risk of burns or frostbite due to being too close to the air vents
Very hot or very cold air can flow from the air vents.
Make sure that all vehicle occupants always maintain a sufficient distance from the air vents.
If necessary, direct the airflow to another area of the vehicle interior.
To open or close:
hold the centre 
of the air vent 
and turn it to the left or right as far as it will go. To set the air direction:
hold the centre of the air vent and swivel it upwards, downwards, to the left or to the right. 
To open or close:
turn the adjustment wheels on the high-power air vents to the left or right as far as they will go. Cooled air will flow out of the high-power air vents. Heating will not be possible. Open the high-power air vents only in summer during cooling mode and keep them closed in winter.
