engine is at normal operating temperature.
no engine diagnosis is active.
engine speed is within the range that is suitable for the system.
transmission oil temperature is within the range that is suitable for the system.
temperature in the vehicle interior is within the set range.
The fuel tank is sufficiently full.
system detects that there is no moisture on the windscreen when the air conditioning system is switched on.
state of charge and the voltage of the battery are sufficient.
battery temperature is within the range that is suitable for the system.
system does not recognise a steep uphill or downhill incline.
The bonnet is closed.
Conditions for the automatic engine start:
Vehicle is rolling.
Brake system requires a running engine.
Outside temperature or atmospheric air pressure has exceeded the range that is suitable for the system.
Engine diagnosis requires a running engine.
Transmission oil temperature has exceeded the range that is suitable for the system.
Temperature in the vehicle interior deviates from the set range.
System detects moisture on the windscreen when the air conditioning system is switched on.
State of charge of the battery is too low.
Battery temperature has exceeded the range that is suitable for the system.
