Ending Android Auto
To end the connection of Android Auto (with cable):
disconnect the connection via the connecting cable between the mobile phone and multimedia system. Android Auto starts automatically when the mobile phone is connected with the system using a cable. If Android Auto was not displayed in the foreground before disconnecting, the application starts in the background when reconnected. You can call up Android Auto in the main menu.
Mercedes-Benz recommends disconnecting the connecting cable only when the vehicle is stationary.
